PLEAS

State vs. Amy Elizabeth Brannen Miller – 12 months each ct. 1: expired tag, ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months to be served on probation.

State vs. Jeremiah Paul Gross – three years ct. 1: possession cocaine, 12 months ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Brittney Leanne Fuller – three years ct.

1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months ct.

2: possession marijuana less than ounce.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Marshantiya Monique Hardwick – six months for the offense of driving while license suspended. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Ajmal Jameel Duncan – 10 days each ct. 1: possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 2: disorderly conduct. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 days.

Defendant to receive credit for time served as determined by the custodian.

State vs. Jalean Sherrod Newton – 12 months for the offense of disorderly conduct. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Dakota James Harper – 10 years for the offense of burglary in 1st degree with the first 180 days served in state probation detention center, and the remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Travis Vanshaun Howard – 12 months for the lesser included offense of reckless driving with the first 24 hours served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Michael Alan Fuller – 10 days for the offense of criminal trespass.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Ebony Pope – defendant shall be ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

Upon successful completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. Defendant is further ordered to re-enroll and complete the anger management class through the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.

State vs. James Robert Broer – revoked to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail.
