PLEAS

State vs. Michael Bernard Clark – 10 years ct.

1: aggravated assault, 12 months each ct. 2: simple battery, cts. 3-6: cruelty to children in third degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 180 days served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Credit for time served from April 5, 2023.

State vs. Robert Eugene Slaton – 40 days for the lesser included offense of theft by conversion misdemeanor. Defendant to receive time in custody from 5/24/23.

State vs. Anthony Wayne Monroe – 90 days for the offense of simple battery, family violence.

Credit for time served from 5/1/23.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Alexandra Kimsey – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. James Paul Copeland – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Credit for time served.

State vs. Keonia Telisa Roberts – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall provide proof of completion of her mental health assessment.

Upon release, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Jennifer Shurley – defendant ordered to enter into a probation detention center for a minimum of six months and maximum of eight months. Credit for time in PDC begins June 29.

Upon release defendant shall enter into New Beginnings Drug Treatment program where she shall abide by all rules and regulations.

Defendant shall return to active probation supervision upon release.

State vs. Richard Alan Wolff – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release defendant must provide proof that he has obtained S/A assessment within 30 days of his release and signed up or completed GED course.

State vs. Cole Wayne Harper – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. Upon release defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Keonia Telisa Roberts – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall provide proof of completion of her mental health assessment.

Upon release defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Kandis Ann Wheeler – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff and return to probation supervision.

State vs. Terrance Lamont James – defendant ordered to served 120 days in the Probation Detention Center. PDC time starts June 29.

Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into the PDC. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Travis Perry Fletcher – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff and return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. Chad Ervin Lowery – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail. Defendant is to return to active probation supervision upon release.

State vs. Terry James Cameron – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in Probation Detention Center. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of program. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered and complete a substance abuse assessment within 30 days of his release. PDC time starts June 29.

State vs. Alan Cook Purser – defendant is ordered to complete 120 days in Probation Detention Center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the program. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. PDC time starts June 29.

State vs. Harold Wesley Tukes – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. All the defendant’s conditions are now special.

State vs. Zuri D. Steger – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail.

Defendant ordered to complete a substance abuse assessment before July 29, 2023 and ordered to abide by any recommended treatment for assessment.
