PLEAS
State vs. James Paul Barton – seven days in the Jones County jail for the offense of criminal trespass.
State vs. Jason Wade Barnes – 120 days in the Jones County jail for the offense of criminal trespass. Credit for time served from 4/21/23.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Jason Wade Barnes – 120 days in the Jones County jail. Upon release, probation shall terminate.
State vs. Areon D. Outlaw – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 5/22/23.
Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Charles Xavier Powell – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, with credit for times served. Defendant shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
Defendant is further ordered to complete his substance abuse evaluation within 30 days of release.
State vs. Christie Lynn Parks – defendant shall be ordered to serve 120 days in Jones County jail with credit for time served since 5/3/23.
Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.
