PLEAS
State vs. Donald Lee Wright – 12 months each ct. 1: battery family violence, cts. 2-3: cruelty to children in 3rd degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Timothy Alan Osbourne – 12 months each ct. 1: possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 2: obstruction of officer, ct. 3: disorderly conduct. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Danny Lee Hunt – five years ct. 1: possession firearm by convicted felon, 12 months ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Adam Michael Glenn Wells – three years for the offense of possession schedule I controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Priscilla Ann Hammerschmidt – defendant shall receive credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Defendant is further ordered to testify truthfully in the Baldwin County case against Brawny Leroy Stewart if called upon to do so.
Defendant shall be on probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Christine Ann Johns – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from June 27.
Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Carlos Videll Booker – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center.
The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the program, followed by any recommended treatment. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Tyler Ahmaud Williams – defendant shall receive credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Defendant is also ordered to enter in and complete the Matrix Call. He shall return to probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Victor James Hall – defendant shall be ordered to enter and complete the RSAT program and all recommended aftercare.
Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Defendant shall return to active probation supervision upon completion.
State vs. Danny Lee Hunt – defendant shall be ordered to the probation detention center for 180 days. Upon successful completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. Defendant shall get credit for time served toward the 180 days starting July 13.
State vs. Justice Pitts – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time already served. The defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant is ordered to complete a substance abuse assessment, within 30 days of his release. Defendant shall follow any treatment recommended from said assessment.
State vs. Ian Anthony Arender – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time already served.
Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall complete the Matrix Group, followed by any recommended treatment from said group.
Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years.
