PLEAS
State vs. Gregory Bernard Pettigrew Jr. – 10 years ct. 1: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, five years ct. 2: possession firearm by first offender probationer. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 15 years with the first three years served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from June 3, 2023.
State vs. Gregory Bernard Pettigrew Jr. – 10 years for the lesser included offense of possession of marijuana felony. Defendant is adjudicated guilty in first offender sentence dated May 29, 2018 and shall receive credit for all time previously spent on probation.
State vs. Aiyana Renee Nelson – 10 years for the offense of aggravated assault family violence. To run concurrently with any other sentences.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Adam Blair Carrick – defendant revoked to the Jones County jail for 90 days where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. Credit for time served.
State vs. Willie Earl Sanders Jr – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Rescue Mission inpatient substance abuse treatment program for no less than 12 months. The defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Upon release, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Xavier Lavar Davis – defendant is ordered two years of his probation sentence revoked to the state penal system. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Aiyana Renee Nelson – defendant is adjudicated guilty, and the balance of her probation shall be revoked to the state penal system. The defendant shall receive credit for time already served on probation supervision beginning Oct. 13, 2022, and shall receive credit for all monies paid for fines and fees toward her supervision.
State vs. Gregory Bernard Pettigrew – defendant’s remaining balance on probation shall be revoked to the state penal system.
Defendant’s case shall expire 12/7/2026.
State vs. Bryanna Michelle Best – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Houston Day Reporting Center. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended aftercare. Upon completion of program, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Kelly Edward Cleary Jr. – balance of case is revoked to be served in confinement in the Jones County jail. Case expires 12/6/23.
