State vs. David Raith – 12 months for the offense of simple assault family violence, with the first 180 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 4/6/23 State vs. David Raith – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of simple battery family violence, cts. 2-3: simple battery family violence. Counts run consecutively for a total of 36 months. Sentence also to run consecutively to previous sentence. Sentences to be served on probation.
State vs. Caitlyn Michele Watson – 12 months for the lesser included offense of criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Kari Elizabeth Moncrief – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Robert Michael Flynn – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of pointing a pistol at another, ct. 2: reckless conduct.
Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Dylon Maurice Smith – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Latisha Renee Johnson – three years ct.
1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months ct. 4: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years.

State vs. Billy Ray Hill Jr. – 10 years for the offense of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute with the first 180 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Ryan Thomas Bruck – five years each cts. 1-2: terroristic threats, three years ct. 5: possession schedule I controlled substance, 12 months ct. 6: obstruction of officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years.

State vs. Jontrell Gregory Saunders – 10 years for the offense of possession marijuana with intent to distribute. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jacob Wayne Eagy – three years ct. 1: possession marijuana more than an ounce.

State vs. John Lee Music – 10 years ct. 1: possession firearm by convicted felony, 12 months ct. 2: criminal trespass family violence. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Asacia Danielle Brooks – defendant is ordered to enter and complete a 12-month residential substance abuse treatment program approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
She shall remain in custody until bedspace becomes available. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Atraca Glover – defendant is ordered to complete the Matrix program. She shall abide by all rules of the program. She shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Christy Bennett – defendant is ordered to enter and complete a 12-month inpatient program at Middle Georgia Rescue. She shall remain in custody until bed space becomes available. Defendant is to return to active probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Charles Steven Sightler – defendant is ordered to complete the Macon Day Reporting Center Program to include any aftercare required by the program. He shall abide by all rules of the program. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
