PLEAS

State vs. Mario Dequan Pitts – 12 months each ct. 1: driving while license suspended, ct. 2: Habitual violator. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months to be served on probation.

State vs. Jonathan Daniel Todd – 12 months for the offense of simple battery family violence.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Akelia Jannea Redding – six months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Terrell Demontae Solomon – 12 months for the lesser included offense of criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Nathaniel Dallas Stevie Clark – 90 days for the offense of simple battery. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 7/19/23.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Matthew Donald Shields – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in probation detention center. Defendant will abide by all rules and regulations. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision. It is further ordered defendant shall be required to serve the sentence as provided herein as may be directed by the Georgia Department of Corrections/Jones County Commissioners.

State vs. Ashley Nicole Woodall – defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until her entry into a state probation detention center where she will serve 180 days. She shall abide by all rules of the detention center. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision. She shall receive credit for detention center time from 9/7/23.

State vs. Nathaniel D. Clark – revoke 90 days.

Credit for time served. Upon release, defendant is to return to the original terms and condition of probation.

State vs. Alexander Eugene Boyd – four years revoked to be served in confinement in the state prison system. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in custody since 6/3/20. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. John Wesley Arnold – defendant ordered to serve 130 days in the Jones County jail beginning 9/7/23. Defendant’s conditions are herein made special. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Austin Tyler Barlow – defendant to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served from 7/28/23 to 8/1/23.

Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision the remainder of his probation sentence, end date 3/20/24.
