State vs. Aaron Goolsby – 20 years for the offense of aggravated assault with the first 15 years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served Nov. 3, 2022.
State vs. Charles Franklin Floyd III – 10 years for the offense of possession of firearm by convicted felon. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Gerald Lynn Clover Jr. – 20 years for the offense of burglary in first degree with the first 800 days served in confinement in the Jones County jail, suspended upon entry into a probation detention center for 180 days. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Layto Lamont Hill – three years for the offense of possession of firearm by convicted felon. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. James Robert Hawkins – seven days for the offense of affray. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 10/5/23.

State vs. Jacqueline Hillary Johnson – 12 months for the offense of possession of handgun by person under the age of 18 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Timothy Dwayne Chastain – 12 months for the offense of reckless conduct. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jamaal Donquez Waller – 12 months for the lesser included offense of reckless driving with the first 10 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jamaal Donquez Waller – 12 months for the offense of DUI with the first 10 days served in confinement. Remainder of sentence to be served on probation and concurrent with any existing sentences.
State vs. Michael Terrecio Willis – 20 years for the lesser included offense of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute with the first three years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant will receive credit for time served from Dec. 27, 2022.
State vs. Landon Tyler Stafford – five years each ct. 2: burglary in second degree and cts. 3 – 28: entering an automobile, three years cts. 29 – 38: financial card theft. Counts 2-7 to run consecutively but concurrently with all other counts for a total sentence of 30 years with the first five years served in confinement. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from Feb. 3, 2023.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Heath Gregory Butler – balance revoked to Department of Corrections and is to run concurrently with any other existing sentences. Case expires 3/9/24.
State vs. Halie Brooke Jones – defendant is hereby revoked to two years in Department of Corrections. Upon release, she shall return to active probation. Sentence to run concurrently with any existing sentences.
