PLEAS
State vs. Richard Darrel Johnson – 30 years for the lesser included offense of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute with the first 10 years to be served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served from Oct. 24, 2022.
State vs. Cory Daniel Brooks – 10 years ct. 1: aggravated assault family violence, five years ct. 2: criminal damage to property in second degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Charles Steven Sightler – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Bob Allen – three years each ct.
1: possession methamphetamine, ct.
2: possession of Schedule I controlled substance and ct.
3: possession cocaine.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Daryl Deon Kelsey – defendant’s probation shall be revoked one year to state penal system. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision.
State vs. Adam Michael Glenn Wells – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. The defendant shall abide by all rules and regulation of the DRC, followed by any aftercare. Upon completion, defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Leesa Elane Collier – defendant shall receive credit for time served. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. The defendant shall also be ordered to enter in and complete an outpatient substance abuse treatment program approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision within 30 days of release. She shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program including any aftercare deemed necessary. Defendant shall return to active probation supervision.
State vs. Tracy Lamar Tipton – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center.
The defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the DRC, followed by any aftercare. Upon completion, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Kevin Lee Johnson – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, defendant will return to original conditions of probation as previously ordered (2 cases, same resolution).
State vs. Darius Rashawn Hunt – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and return to regular probation as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Christina Slaughter – defendant will serve 120 days in the Jones County jail.
Release at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon completion, defendant will return to original conditions of probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Preston Andrew Ham – defendant will serve 60 days in the Jones County jail.
Release at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon completion, defendant will enter and successfully complete Field Matrix.
State vs. Jawon Keshawn Oliver – defendant will serve 30 days in the Jones County jail.
