State vs. Meredith Nunn Josey – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Dontrez Caleb Price – five years ct. 1: interference with government property, 12 months ct. 2: obstruction of officer.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first 100 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Tommy Merlin Ledford, Jr. – 10 years for the offense of failure to register as sex offender. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Steve Gregory Wiggins Jr. – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Tammy Seabrooks – defendant shall be given credit for time served since 1/19/24 and released. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered. Defendant shall enter and successfully complete the Field Matrix program. All conditions special.
State vs. Tiffany Monique Beasley – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail for a period of 50 days. Defendant shall receive credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Credit since 12/24/23. Defendant must enter and complete Macon DRC program – she must follow the rules and regulations of program.

State v. Stacey Wayne Sanders – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served beginning 1/5/24.
Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. The defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision the remainder of his probation supervision. End date 6/13/25.
State vs. Kandis Ann Wheeler aka Kandis Ann Williams – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in Jones County jail. Defendant shall receive credit for time already served. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Carolee Lachelle Kimbrough – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, defendant will return to active supervision as previously ordered.
Defendant shall receive credit for time served. Defendant must submit to substance abuse eval within 30 days of release.

Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Derrick Allen Holmes – defendant ordered to serve 180 days at a probation detention center. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulation of program. Credit for time served begins 2/8/24.
Defendant shall remain in Jones County jail until entry into the program. Upon release, defendant’s balance on probation shall be terminated.
State vs. Payton Nicole Beasley – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served beginning 1/15/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision. End date 4/17/26. All conditions now special.
State vs. Dontrez Caleb Price – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve five years probation with the first 100 days served in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in confinement from 12/10/23. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years. All conditions now special.
State vs. Travis Sentale Pierce – defendant shall be given credit for time served since 1/16/24 and released. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered.
Defendant shall be banished from Jones County until case expires 11/13/30. All conditions now special (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. Timothy Corbin Bartlett – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in Jones County Law Enforcement Center. Defendant shall be given credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Laverne Earnest Hooker – defendant shall receive credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall not enter the confines of the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit for the duration of his time on probation. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Zerick Kenterris Usry – defendant shall be ordered to serve 140 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served beginning 11/29/23. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years. All conditions now special.
State vs. Dustin Randall Josey – defendant is adjudicated guilty and re-sentenced to three years probation with credit for time already served on probation on the conditional discharge sentence.
Defendant is further ordered to time served in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.
