State vs. Dustin Randall Josey – 12 months ct. 1: DUI less safe combined influence, three years each ct. 2: possession schedule IV controlled substance, ct. 3: possession of methamphetamine. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 24 hours served in confinement.

The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Tasia Cherelle Marshall – five years for the offense of exploitation and intimidation of disabled adult, elder person or resident.

State vs. Thalley Lewis – five years each cts.

1 - 18: entering an automobile. Counts 1- 4 to run consecutively, but concurrently with other counts for a total of 20 years with the first five years served in confinement and the remainder to be served on probation.

State vs. Bobby Kay Ballard – three years ct.

1: entering an automobile. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Tyshun A. Gilmore – 10 years each cts. 1 – 11: aggravated assault. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first year served in the Jones County Law Enforcement Center. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody from 7/11/23. Defendant to be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

State vs. Michael Alan McFadden – five years ct. 1: forgery in the third degree, 10 years ct. 2: identity fraud. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years to be served on probation.

State vs. Dakota Howe – defendant is sentenced to a life sentence for the offense of rape with the first 25 years served in confinement and the remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

Defendant is to receive credit for time served from 5/19/23 or as determined by the custodian.

State vs. James C. Lail – 20 years for the offense of sexual exploitation of children with the first five years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody from 8/23/23.

State vs. Yoshonda L. Patterson – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of hit and run misdemeanor, ct. 2: failure to maintain lane. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Lisa Michelle Barnes – five years each cts. 1 – 4: aggravated cruelty to animals. Count 1 to run concurrently but other counts consecutively for a total of 15 years, with the first 60 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

Count 1 to run concurrently and counts 2-4 consecutively for a total of eight years.
