PLEAS

State vs. Alexis Danae Howard-Khan – seven days for the lesser included offense of theft by taking misdemeanor. Defendant is to receive credit for time served from 4/25/24. State vs. Geneo Lavell Taylor – three years ct. 1: possession schedule IV controlled substance, 12 months each ct. 2: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, ct.

3: possession marijuana less than ounce.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 30 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in Bibb County from 3/7/24 and time served in custody from 8/21/23 – 8/21/23.

State vs. Thomas Brown – 12 months each cts. 1-2: violation of Georgia Compulsory School Attendance Law. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months.

Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody 3/1/23 – 3/1/23. Sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Terry Evans Aultman – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served.

She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. She shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. All conditions now special.

State vs. Patricia Marie Ducat – defendant to serve 90 to 120 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant’s PDC time begins 5/2/24. Upon release from the PDC, defendant shall return to active probation supervision.

State vs. Jeremiah David Hunt – defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail beginning 12/1/23. Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years.

End date 8/17/36. All conditions now special.
