PLEAS
State vs. Aahil Madhani – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation. State vs. Andrew Robert Hall – two years for the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer. Prison time suspended upon payment of $5,000 to the Jones County Clerk of Court. Defendant shall forfeit any and all items seized.
State vs. Robert Alexander Sanders – 10 years for the offense of theft by shoplifting with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 11/8/23.
State vs. Shakim Tyhiem Reeder – 10 years each cts. 1-11; aggravated assault. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 180 days served in confinement in the Jones County jail. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Jenna Christine Delap – defendant released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Rodreques Jamell Wiggins – defendant revoked 100 days to the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 5/2/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant’s probation balance shall terminate.
