PLEAS
State vs. Charles Cornick – 10 years ct. 1: aggravated assault, 5 years ct. 2: theft by taking. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 180 days served in a probation detention center.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Curtis T. Stephens, Jr. – 12 months for the offense of obstruction of officer.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Richard James Wilson – two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.
State vs. Julia Elizabeth Idol – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 5/15/24.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Kelly Lynn Stark – defendant shall serve 180 days in probation detention center suspended upon her entry and completion of the Houston County Day Reporting Center program. She shall abide by all rules and regulations of the progam and comply with any aftercare requirements. Upon successful completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Eric Renard Greene – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 113 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 5/30/24.
Upon completion, defendant’s case shall terminate.
State vs. Calvin Nelson, Jr. – defendant is revoked to the Jones County jail for 90 days. Credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Cole Wayne Harper – defendant shall have the remainder of his probation balance revoked to the Jones County jail.
Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 5/9/24.
End date 12/3/24.
State vs. Charles Xavier Powell – defendant is ordered to enter and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by aftercare. End date 11/23/25. All conditions now special.
