State vs. Martha Viola Herrera-Tapia – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Christopher Jermaine McDonald – three years each ct. 1: theft by receiving stolen property, ct. 2: possession of schedule I controlled substance, 12 months ct. 3: possession marijuana less than ounce.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 6/8/24.
State vs. Anthony Upshaw – 10 years for the offense of burglary in first degree. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 5/13/24.
State vs. Ramar Fred Heath Jr. – adjudicated guilty and resentenced to 20 years for the offense of possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute with the first 180 days served in Jones County jail. Credit for confinement from 6/20/24.
Defendant to receive credit for time served and monies paid previously on this sentence since 9/10/15.
State vs. Devin Bryce Newman – adjudicated guilty and resentenced to three years ct.
1: possession marijuana and 12 months ct.
2: possession marijuana less than ounce.

State vs. Christine Ann Johns – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Ashley Nicole Meister – 12 months each ct. 1: battery, ct. 2: criminal trespass.
Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for times served in custody from 7/4/24.
State vs. Jonathan Lee Wiggins – 30 days for the offense of obstruction of an officer.
Defendant is to receive credit for time served from 6/25/24.
State vs. Authur Lamar Vasser – 30 days for the offense of giving false information to law enforcement officer. Credit for time served from 6/7/24.
State vs. Paraveen Paraveen – six months probation for the offense of furnishing alcohol to a minor. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. James Richard Fuller – defendant revoked to 90 days in the Jones County jail.
State vs. Brittany Eaves Hartley – defendant revoked to 120 days in the Jones County jail credit for time served from 5/13/24.
State vs. Jonathan Lee Wiggins – 30 days and return to active probation. Must complete anger management within 30 days of release.
State vs. Pricilla Ann Hammerschmidt – defendant shall receive credit for time served in Jones County since 7/2/24. End date 12/20/25. All conditions now special.
State vs. Christian Jordan Clayboss – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 10/18/23. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. It is further added, the defendant shall be banished from the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit until the termination of his probation. Sentence end date 1/9/2032.
State vs. Devin Bryce Newman – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to three years on probation with credit for time already served on probation since 8/10/23 and credit for all monies paid. Defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the probation detention center, credit for time served begins 7/11/24. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program and remain in Jones County jail until entry into the PDC. Upon release, defendant shall not be put on unsupervised supervision for remainder of his probation sentence. All conditions now special.

Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program and remain in the Jones County jail until entry into PDC. Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years.

State vs. Anthony James White – defendant revoked to state penal system for one year.
He shall receive credit for time served since 5/6/24.
State vs. Ramar Fred Heath – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve 20 years on probation with credit for time already served on probation since 9/10/15 and credit for all monies paid.
Defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served since 6/20/24. Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years.
End date 9/14/2035. All conditions now special.
State vs. Travis Lee Rutland – defendant shall receive credit for time serve. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Defendant shall be required to call his officer weekly until he is able to provide a verifiable address.
State vs. Wendall Franson Irving – defendant shall have the remainder of his probation revoked to the Jones County jail. End date 10/5/24. Released at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Amber Nichole Stephens – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 6/30/24. Upon release, defendant shall enter and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, followed by aftercare.
Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program and not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years.

State vs. Rebecca Danielle Register – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in state probation detention centers, followed by six months of outpatient substance abuse treatment at Rivers Edge. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into treatment. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment. Upon release from the PDC, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years. End date 11/4/2030. Credit for PDC time begins 7/11/24. All conditions now special.
