PLEAS

State vs. Chad Russell Nelson – 12 months for the offense of unlawful dumping. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Victor James Hall – 10 years for the offense of burglary in the first degree.

Sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Trina Laschell Bliss – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where she will serve 120-180 days.

She shall receive credit toward detention center time starting July 18. Upon completion, she shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Keith Seal – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Ray Edwards – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 90-120 days. He shall receive credit toward detention center time starting July 18. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Michael Alan McFadden – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 6/13/24. Upon release, defendant shall be placed on active supervision for two years. End date 1/18/34.

Defendant shall return to probation as originally ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Steven Dwayne Zervos Jr. – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 6/4/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision.

End date 2/22/25. Defendant shall return to probation as originally ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Kara Nicole Brown – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete New Beginnings Inpatient Treatment Program for 12 months.

Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 7/10/24. Upon release, defendant shall be placed on active supervision for the remainder of her probation. End date 12/30/26. All conditions now special. Defendant is to return to probation as originally ordered.

State vs. Victor James Hall – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve 10 years. Defendant shall receive credit for time served on probation since 6/27/19 and all monies paid. He shall also be ordered to enter and complete a 12 month substance abuse treatment program at The Way Recovery Center following all rules and regulations of program. He shall remain in custody until bed space is available. Upon release he shall return to active probation supervision.

State v. Jerald Cecil Havis – defendant is ordered to enter and successfully complete a THOR or probation approved 12-month inpatient rehabilitation program. He shall stay incarcerated at the Jones County jail until bed space becomes available and he shall be transported to the facility. Upon release he shall return to active probation supervision.

State vs. Kenneth William Liles – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Next Step inpatient treatment program for 12 months followed by any recommended aftercare. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 6/25/24. Upon completion, defendant shall be placed on active supervision for at least one year. End date 3/4/2035. All conditions now special.

Defendant shall return to probation as originally ordered.
