State vs. Dara Yvonne Johnson – 10 years aggravated assault, 12 months cruelty to children in third degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 180 days in the Jones County jail.
Credit for time served from July 18, 2024.

State vs. Calvin Nelson Jr. – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Ashley Nichole Woodall – two years in the Jones County jail for the offense of possession of schedule II controlled substance.
State vs. Justin Shane Nobles – three years ct.
1: possession methamphetamine, 10 years ct. 5: possession firearm by a convicted felon. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first three years served in confinement. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 6/20/24.

State vs. Rufus Smith III – three years for the offense of possession firearm by convicted felon. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Leander James Hammonds III – three years for the offense of possession of firearm by convicted felon. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Bruce Edward Langston Jr. – 12 months for the lesser included offense of theft by taking misdemeanor. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Rasheed Tryus Turnage – one year in the state prison system. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Credit for time served since 3/21/24. All conditions now special.
State vs. Dara Yvonne Johnson – defendant adjudicated guilty, and probation modified to serve six months in the Jones County jail. She shall receive credit for all time served on this sentence and in custody. May be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Defendant shall return to active probation supervision upon her release and shall not be reviewed for unsupervised status for a period of two years.
State vs. Ashley Nichole Woodall – defendant adjudicated guilty and balance revoked to the Jones County jail. If accepted into an inpatient rehabilitation program, jail time shall be suspended.
State vs. Zaynah Latrelle James – defendant ordered to serve three years revoked to state penal system. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision for one year. End date 6/14/2031. All conditions now special.
State vs. Draymond Donnell Sellers – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 8/12/24.
Upon release, defendant shall complete the Matrix group. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended treatment.

State vs. Tyshun A. Gilmore – defendant ordered to serve 166 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into the PDC. Defendant’s PDC time shall begin 8/28/24. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 7/10/2033. All conditions now special.
State vs. Mark Steven Lawson – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail receiving credit for time served.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Steve Allen Wise – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 90 days. He shall receive credit toward detention time center time from 8/28/24. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Travis Fletcher – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program, followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail from 7/23/24. Upon completion, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for one year. End date 5/21/2026. All conditions now special.
State vs. John Wesley Arnold – defendant shall be ordered to two years revoked to the state penal system, suspended upon entry into a 12-month THOR approved inpatient substance abuse treatment program. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 7/22/24. Upon completion, the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for one year. End date 1/3/2034. All conditions now special.
State vs. Jason Eugene Tarte – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 7/5/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered for two years. End date 3/8/2029. All conditions now special.
State vs. Armando Javier High – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 180 days. He shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 8/28/24. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Christopher Cole Newman – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the jail since 8/7/2024. Defendant’s PDC time shall begin on 8/28/24. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered for two years. End date 11/5/2033. All conditions now special.
State vs. John Andrew Minshew – defendant ordered to enter and complete a residential substance abuse treatment program at Next Step Recovery. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. He shall remain in custody until bed space is available. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Travis Dean Bell – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail receiving credit for time served. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall also be required to enter and complete the Matrix class, following all rules and regulations of the program.
State vs. Calvin Nelson Jr. – defendant ordered to serve 150 days in a probation detention center. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. Credit for time starts 8/28/24. He shall remain in custody until he is transported to the PDC. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Chad Michael Fountain – defendant is adjudicated guilty and resentenced to five years on probation with a $1,000 fine.
Defendant is further ordered to enter and successfully complete a 12-month inpatient THOR or probation approved rehabilitation program. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until bed space is available and the Jones County jail shall provide transportation to program. He shall receive credit for time served in jail since 7/10/24.
He shall remain on active probation supervision for one year. All conditions now special.
State vs. Travis Rutland – defendant shall receive credit for time already served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Eric Brandon Greene – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete a THOR approved 12-month inpatient substance abuse treatment program.
Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 6/21/24. Upon completion, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for one year. End date 10/8/2029. State vs. Emmitt Linton Mitchum – defendant ordered to serve 100 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Joseph Adam Smoot – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
