State vs. Christopher Ryan Yates – 30 days for the offense of criminal trespass. Count to run concurrently with any existing sentences. Credit for time served from 9/21/24.
State vs. Barbara Ann Waters – 12 months each ct. 1: failure to maintain lane, and ct. 3: DUI less safe alcohol. Count 1 to run consecutively to count 3, and count 3 to run concurrently with any existing sentences for a total of 24 months with the first 20 days to be served in confinement. The remainder to be served on probation.
State vs. Roy Lamar Rogers, Jr. – six months for the offense of possession of marijuana less than an ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Richard James McDonald – defendant shall be ordered to enter into and successfully complete the 12 month inpatient treatment program at the Macon Rescue Mission. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of said program, followed by any recommended treatment. Upon release, the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date: 1/24/2030. All conditions now special.

State vs. Christopher Ryan Yates – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Justin Keith Woodall – defendant shall be ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. He shall receive credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Upon release, he shall have 10 days to obtain his substance abuse evaluation.
State vs. Jesse Wealot – defendant shall be ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 9/3/24. Upon release, the defendant shall enroll into and successfully complete the Matrix group. The defendant shall also enroll into the FVIP within 30 days of his release from the Jones County jail, and follow all rules and regulations of said program. The defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years.
End date: 2/13/2027. All conditions now special.
State vs. Robert Ashley Sconyers – defendant shall be ordered to serve 120 days in the Probation Detention Center, and shall abide by all rules and regulations of said program. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into the PDC. PDC time shall begin on 10/3/2024. Upon release, the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until his case expires. End date: 5/23/2026. All conditions now special.
