Bulldogs to host Commodores after reclaiming No. 1

A combination of a dominant Georgia performance against the Auburn Tigers and a host of other underwhelming games around college football last Saturday propelled the Bulldogs back to being the top-ranked team in the country.

Ross continues to lead MTSU defense

Teldrick Ross was second in tackles for Middle Tennessee State as it was saddled by a slow start in a 41-14 loss to UAB. Ross leads the Blue Raiders in tackles with 47, and MTSU hosts Western Kentucky on Saturday.

Breast cancer is the most commonly occurring cancer in women across the globe. According to the World Cancer Research Fund International, there more than 2.26 million new cases of breast cancer in women in 2020.

How ethnicity affects breast cancer risk

No one is immune to breast cancer. Even men can be diagnosed with breast cancer, though the threat of the disease looms much larger for women. In fact, the World Cancer Research Fund International reports that breast cancer is the most commonly occurring cancer in women across the globe.
1. Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight. Physical activity and monitoring calories can keep weight in check. The Mayo Clinic recommends at least 150 minutes per week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity. Strength training at least twice a week also is recommended. Being overweight or obese increases a woman’s risk for breast cancer.
