PLEAS
State vs. Shawn Kevin Reed – 12 months in the Jones County jail for the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer. Credit for time served 7/14/24 – 7/14/24 and 8/4/24 – 2/2/25.
State vs. Eric Renard Greene – 22 days for the offense of obstruction of officer. Credit for time served 10/28/24 – 11/5/24.
State vs. Kassim Carlyle Johnson – 60 days for the offense of theft by shoplifting. Credit for time served from 9/8/25.
State vs. Terrell Marquis Sanders – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/19/25 – 10/2/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Dylan Michael Duncan – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Defendant shall enter into the field matrix program following all rules and regulations including any aftercare. Upon release, shall return back to regular supervision.
State vs. Wesley Crews – defendant ordered to complete the Macon Daily Reporting Center Program to include any aftercare required by program. He shall abide by all rules of program. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Timonthy Uraine Bell – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail. He shall receive credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Bonnie Sue Smith – defendant’s balance revoked to the Jones County jail.
State vs. Tyrese Deion Hogan – defendant ordered to time served. Defendant is ordered to complete the Macon Day Reporting Center Program, including any aftercare required by the program. He shall abide by all rules of the program. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Samantha Nicole Barlow – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where she shall serve 180 days. She shall receive credit for time served from 10/5/25. Upon completion, the remainder of her sentence shall terminate.
