A Macon man who allegedly ran after being seen shoplifting at a store on Shurling Drive is in custody facing multiple charges after being tracked down by a K-9 officer last week.
Reginald Bernard Jackson was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with one count of shoplifting and three counts of obstruction of an officer.
