State vs. Jared Dalton Smith – 93 days for the offense of giving false information to law enforcement officer. Credit for time served from 8/27/25.
State vs. Jared Dalton Smith – three years for the offense of interference with government property with the first 90 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentenced to be served on probation. Credit for time served 9/19/25 – 12/4/25.
State vs. Chadwick Darrell Dupree – two years and six months for the offense of interference with government property.
Credit for time served from 8/19/25.
State vs. Chadwick Darrell Dupree – 20 years for the offense of aggravated assault family violence with the first two years and six months served in confinement. Credit toward confinement part of sentence from 8/19/25. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

1-2: criminal attempt to commit a felony, 20 years ct. 3: identity fraud. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 20 years with the first 173 days served in a probation detention center. Credit for time served from 3/20/25. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Cabotis Landrell Canty – three years for the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer. Credit for time served from 7/11/24. Defendant shall receive credit for time in custody in Ohio Department of Corrections.

State vs. Henry Clyde Sama – 12 months for the offense of violation of Jones County Ordinance 34-83. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Wayne Allen Walker – defendant shall enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center following all rules and regulations of the program. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Timothy Sharrod Harden – defendant’s balance revoked to the penal system.
State vs. Adonis Miguel Willis – defendant is sentenced to credit for time served. He shall return to regular probation as previously ordered. Furthermore, defendant banished from the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit.
