State vs. Michael Shurod Johnson – three years for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 5/7/25 and 11/25/25 – 12/18/25.
State vs. Christopher Lee Mathews – 10 years for the offense of aggravated stalking with the first 180 days served in confinement at a probation detention center. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Micah Barron Wheeler – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in a probation detention center, suspended upon 60 days in the Jones County jail and no violations for 6 months. Credit for time served, release at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Dayne Gary Billie – defendant sentenced to time served in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant shall enroll in outpatient mental health treatment within one week of release.
Defendant shall comply with mental health treatment including attending at least two MH appt/treatment a week and taking all medications as prescribed. Defendant shall be on active probation supervision until further order of this court. All current and prior mental health providers shall turn over his mental health records to probation.
