PLEAS
State vs. Ismail Isaac Ward – two years for the offense of possession cocaine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/6/25 – 8/6/25.
State vs. Jasmine Nicole Pitts – 12 months each ct. 1: DUI, ct. 3: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months with the first 90 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served 5/11/25 – 5/12/25.
State vs. Brandy Michelle Toler – 12 months for the offense of DUI with the first 15 days to serve. Credit for time served in custody from 9/6/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Erica Lynn Clark – defendant shall be released with credit for time served and returned to probation as previously ordered. She shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision.
State vs. Kasey Marie Hutchinson – defendant ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where she will serve 180 days. She shall receive credit toward the detention center time from 1/15/26. Upon completion, she shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered and remain on active supervision for the remainder of probation case.
State vs. Amanda Hubby – defendant shall revoke balance to jail, credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Ashaley D. Mathis – defendant shall enter a probation detention center for 90 days where she shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. PDC time may begin today. Upon successful completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Timothy Wayne Murray – sentence modified to serve 55 days in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall receive credit for time served and release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall enroll and successfully complete the Matrix Program.
Defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered.
