State vs. Kylee Schroeder – 12 months each cts. 1-2: obstruction of officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/25/25 and 2/19/26 – 3/5/26.
State vs. Donald Blakley Burnham Jr. – 12 months for the lesser included offense of theft by taking misdemeanor. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 12/6/25 – 3/5/26.
State vs. Larry Reece Griffin – 12 months for the lesser included offense of possession marijuana less than an ounce. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/2/25 – 8/5/25.
State vs. Lisa Fay Wilday – 12 months for the offense of false report of a crime. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 8/28/25.
State vs. Richard Allen Gordon – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/28/25 – 3/5/26.
State vs. Shadaar Armarcus Williams – five years each cts. 1-3: dog fighting and cts. 4-9: aggravated cruelty to animals. Count 2 to run consecutively with count 1, but concurrently with other counts for a total of 10 years.
Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served and monies paid on sentence.
State vs. Marvin Gaylord Harris – 10 years for the offense of failure to register as sex offender with the first year served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 10/14/2025 – 3/5/26.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Shyda Alexandra Rouse – defendant to receive credit for time served at the Jones County jail. Upon release, she shall enroll and successfully complete the Dublin Grant Funded Day Reporting Center. She shall return to supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Angel Lee Roberson – probation revoked 120 – 150 days to the state probation detention center. Upon release, she shall complete a substance abuse evaluation within two weeks of release and follow any recommended aftercare/treatment. She shall remain on active probation supervision.
Defendant to remain in Jones County jail until bedspace is available at PDC. She will receive credit for time served toward PDC begins 3/5/26.
State vs. Dartavious Marquqez Jones – defendant revoked to the Jones County jail for 730 days receiving credit for time served since 9/5/25. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Carlos Santonio Stafford, Jr. – defendant shall serve 60 days at the Jones County jail with credit for time served. Upon successful completion, he shall enroll and successfully complete the Field Matrix Program. He shall return to supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Eugene T. Huff – defendant shall complete the Macon Rescue Mission and adhere to any recommended aftercare/ treatment. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Adrian Frank Morgan – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 11/3/20.
He shall return to active probation supervision and remain on active probation supervision.

State vs. Marshall Shane McInvale – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 90 days. He shall receive credit toward detention center time from 3/5/26. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision. He shall remain under active supervision until further order of the court (2 cases, same resolution).
State vs. Johnny Anthony Burney – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
He shall return to probation supervision and complete the Matrix Program with the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. He shall remain under active supervision until further order of the court.
State vs. William Delong Jr. – defendant to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 135 days. He shall receive credit toward detention center time from 3/5/26. Upon completion, this case shall be terminated.
State vs. Donald Blakley Burnham Jr. – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail where he shall serve 100 days. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision and remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of the term.

Upon successful completion, he shall complete a DUI Risk Reduction Course.
