PLEAS

State vs. Alyssa Nicole Ramsey – 10 years for the offense of aggravated assault with the first three years in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 2/17/26 – 3/20/26.

State vs. Alyssa Nicole Ramsey – three years ct. 1: obstruction of officer, 12 months ct. 3: DUI. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Credit for time served 2/17/26 – 3/20/26.

State vs. Jonathan Lynn Torbush – five years ct. 1: aggravated cruelty to animals, 12 months ct.

2: expired tag. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 12/13/25 and 1/27/26.

State vs. Zikiel Cortez Ruff – 15 years for the offense of aggravated battery family violence with the first two years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 12/5/25 – 5/7/26.

State vs. Kelsey Javah Risby – five years for the offense of theft by shoplifting. Upon completion of the Regional Substance Abuse Treatment Program, the remainder of sentence may be served on probation. Credit for time served from 12/27/25.

State vs. Tobias Courts – 10 years ct. 1: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, three years ct. 4: possession of schedule V controlled substance. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 100 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/11/26 – 5/7/26.

State vs. Indonesia Mystic Sands – 10 years for the offense of identity fraud. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/11/26 – 5/7/26.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Marquis Jarvis Napier – defendant shall receive credit for time served in custody and return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. Upon release, he shall enter and successfully complete Matrix.

Defendant’s GED condition shall be removed as a requirement. He shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until approved by the court.

State vs. Darien Donte Allen – defendant shall serve 90 days in a probation detention center where he shall follow all rules and regulations of the program. He shall remain at the Jones County jail until his bed date and shall receive credit toward PDC time starting 5/7/26. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until approved by the court.

State vs. Dominque Jamal Pitts – defendant shall serve the balance of his sentence in the Jones County jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

State vs. Kelsey Javah Risby – defendant shall enter and successfully complete residential substance about treatment where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. He shall remain in the Jones County jail until his bed space is available.

Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until approved by the court.

State vs. Milton Gray – defendant shall receive credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 3/10/26. He shall be compliant with mental health treatment and follow all recommendations regarding his treatment.

He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision (2 cases, same resolution).
