State vs. Willie Clarence Norman – five years for the offense of theft by shoplifting. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 12/20/25 – 12/20/25.
State vs. Regil Tremain Smith – five years for the offense of possession of firearm by convicted felon. Sentence to be served on probation.
Credit for time served 12/30/25 – 1/22/26.
State vs. Veante Lee Bright – five years for the offense of aggravated assault. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 12/15/25 – 3/4/26.
State vs. Barbara Danielle Burroughs – five years for the offense of driving while license suspended. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 10/6/25 – 10/6/25.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Aaliyah Marie Rushin - defendant shall receive credit for time served since 4/27/26.
Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Hope Marie Kearnes – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve three years on probation with credit for time served on probation since 6/3/25 and all monies paid. Upon her release, she shall return to probation supervision and report to DCS within 24 hours of release.
State vs. Jesse Wealot – defendant shall serve seven months in the Jones County jail. Upon successful completion and release, his balance shall terminate. Credit for time served.
State vs. Timothy Urain Bell – defendant shall serve 60 days in the Jones County jail. He shall receive credit for time served since May 3. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until approved by the court.
State vs. Gabriel Kaison Martin – defendant shall be ordered to enter into and complete Miracles Happen substance abuse treatment program. He shall follow all rules and regulations of program. He shall remain in custody until bedspace is available. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall remain on active supervision until further order of court.
State vs. Ricky Eugene Young – defendant shall enter and successfully complete the Macon Rescue Missions treatment program where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon successful completion he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Hunter Gene Kendrick – defendant ordered to serve 113 days in a probation detention center following all rules and regulations of program. Credit for time starts 5/21/26. Upon release he shall return to regular probation supervision. Further, he shall enroll and complete the Matrix program. State vs. Ronnie Lee Roberson – defendant shall receive credit for time served since 10/20/25.
He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion.
Upon release he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Leander James Hammonds III – defendant’s balance on probation shall be terminated due to extenuating circumstances regarding the defendant’s medical condition.
State vs. Ricky Eugene Young – defendant shall enter and successfully complete the Macon Rescue Missions treatment program where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon successful completion he shall return to regular probation supervision as orginally ordered.
