PLEAS

State vs. Rebekah Lynn Stuart - 10 years ct. 1: cruelty to children first degree, five years each cts. 2-3: terroristic threats, 12 months ct. 4: cruelty to animals. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 12/24/25 and 1/7/26 - 7/16/26. Defendant shall stay in custody until bedspace at ITF becomes available.

State vs. Ashley Dianne Parks - 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of stalking, ct. 2: battery family violence, ct. 3: criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/10/26 and 4/24/26 - 7/16/26. State vs. Mark Kevin Tourand - 60 days for the offense of simple battery family violence.

Credit for time served 12/22/22 and 6/9/26 7/16/26. 

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Kara Nicole Brown - defendant shall enter into the Lotus Recovery Program. Upon successful completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision. The defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until further order of the court.

Defendant shall remain in custody until bedspace is available. Defendant shall be transported by the Jones County Sheriff.

State vs. Louisa Vania Daughtery - defendant revoked to the Jones County jail for the remainder of her sentence. Sentence expiration 7/25/26.

State vs. Gabriel Kaison Martin - defendant shall enter and successfully complete a probation detention center for 120 days where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. PDC time may begin 7/16/26.

Upon successful completion he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. He shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until ordered by the court. Credit for time served from 7/16/26.

Defendant to remain incarcerated until bedspace is available at the PDC.

State vs. Erica Monique Moore - defendant shall enter and successfully complete a probation detention center for 120 days where she shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. PDC time may begin 7/16/26. Upon successful completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. Defendant shall remain incarcerated until bedspace is available.

State vs. Stephanie Falls Hartley - defendant revoked to the Jones County jail for 180 days where she shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. Upon successful completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

She shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until ordered by the court. Credit for time served 4/17/26.

State vs. Areon D. Outlaw - defendant shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. He shall receive credit for time served in custody from 6/29/26. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and shall enter and successfully complete the Matrix drug program. He shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until ordered by the court.

State vs. Robert Olin Rosser - balance revoked to the state penal system.
