Wayne St., Milledgeville More info: Becoming invites visitors into a visually engaging collection of abstract mixed-media works that celebrate the power of change and personal evolution. Through dynamic compositions, rich textures, and expressive forms, the exhibit explores the many ways life experiences shape our perspectives and inspire growth. Each piece offers an opportunity for reflection, encouraging viewers to consider the moments, relationships, and challenges that influence who they are.

Walton St., Milledgeville More info: Music at The Mill features an evening of local musical talent followed by an open jam session. Held last Friday of every month, this free, familyfriendly event begins with performances from the spotlight artist(s), showcasing a variety of musical styles and talent. This month’s spotlight is Lauren Harper, an acoustic singer-songwriter.
What: Ghosts of Milledgeville Walking Tour When: 7-8 p.m. Where: Milledgeville Visitor’s Center, 200 W. Hancock St., Milledgeville More info: As the sun sets on Milledgeville, step into the shadows of the past on a Ghosts of Milledgeville Walking Tour. This guided experience leads through downtown’s historic streets while sharing tales of local legends, unexplained encounters, and spirits said to linger. Tickets $12 each.

What: Garden Party at the Brown-Stetson-Snaford House When: 6-8 p.m. Where: 601 W. Hancock St., Milledgeville More info: Enjoy a relaxing summer evening at the historic Brown-Stetson-Sanford House. Guests will explore the historical, medicinal herb garden, enjoy light refreshments, and paint their own flower vase to take home. It’s a creative way to spend an evening while experiencing the history and charm of one of Milledgeville’s oldest homes. Tickets are $25 per person, and advance registration is recommended.
