State vs. Joshua Andrew Samples – 20 years each cts. 1-3: aggravated assault. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 20 years with the first five years to serve. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Semaj Ingram – 12 months for the offense of reckless conduct. Sentence to be served on probation and to run concurrently with any existing charges.
State vs. Semaj Ingram – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser-included offense of criminal trespass and ct. 2: simple battery family violence. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months with the first 90 days to serve. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Timothy Ryan Wormuth – three years for the offense of obstruction of an officer, sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Larry Wayne Wood – five years ct. 1: possession firearm by convicted felon, 12 months ct. 2: driving while license suspended and ct. 3: speeding. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Willie Benjamin Harris – three years ct. 1: possession of firearm by convicted felony, 12 months ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 120 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Richard Alan Wolff – three years for the offense of VGCSA (possession schedule II non-narcotic controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Soraya Jeanette Perez – 12 months for the offense of simple battery. Sentence to be served on probation and terminate after payment of fines and fees.
State vs. Marshantiya M. Hardwick – 12 months for the offense of simple battery. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Miguel Angel Bautista – 12 months each ct. 1: DUI less safe alcohol, ct. 2: underage possession of alcohol, ct. 4: driving while license suspended. Counts 1 to run concurrently but consecutively with counts 2 & 4 for a total of 24 months. The first 15 days served in confinement and the remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Evans Troy Peterson Jr. – 157 days for the lesser included offense of theft by receiving misdemeanor.
State vs. Shawanda L. Carswell – 12 months each ct. 1: driving while license suspended and ct. 2: possession of marijuana less than an ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Dana Lee Roberts – 15 years for the offense of VGCSA, credit for time served from 8/17/21.
State vs. Selena Elaine Dixon – 10 years for the offense of arson in the second degree with the first two years to serve. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 12/17/2020.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Miles McCrorey – defendant shall receive credit for time served. Upon release, he is to return to active probation supervision as originally ordered. Defendant also ordered to attend and complete substance abuse and mental health treatment.
State vs. Preston Scott Baggett – defendant is ordered to 120 days in the probation detention center. Upon completion, the defendant is ordered to regular probation (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. William Lynwood Cumbie – 24 months revoked to the Jones County jail. Upon completion return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Michael Scott Wright – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered (two cases, same resolution).
