State vs. Randi Kay Vandekeift – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Ean Lawrence Evans – three years each ct. 1: possession schedule I controlled substance and ct. 2: possession methamphetamine. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Austin Robert Purser Jr. – 20 years for offense of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute with the first six years served in confinement. Credit for time served from 1/26/21. The remainder of sentence may be served on probation, and sentence to run concurrently with any existing sentences.

State vs. William Brandon Harrell – five years ct.

1: fleeing or attempting to elude police officer and 12 months each ct. 2: reckless driving, ct. 3: speeding, ct. 4: too fast for conditions, ct. 5: violating insurance requirements for motorcycles, ct. 6: driving without a license.

Count one to run consecutive to count 2 and all other counts to run concurrently for a total of six years. The first 90 days to be served in confinement at a probation detention center.

Defendant shall not receive credit toward the confinement period of his sentence for anytime served prior to Sept. 1. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Harrison Dehart – 12 months each cts.

1-3: simple battery family violence. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 36 months.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Nathaniel D. Clark – 12 months for the offense of disorderly conduct. Sentence to be served on probation and concurrently to any existing sentences.

State vs. Nathaniel D. Clark – 12 months for the offense of criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation and to run consecutively to previous sentence.

State vs. Nathaniel D. Clark – 12 months for the offense of criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation and to run concurrently with any existing sentences.

State vs. David Clay Entrekin – three years each cts. 1-5: financial transaction card fraud, 12 months ct. 6: forgery in fourth degree. Counts 1-5 to run consecutively but concurrently to count 6 for a total of 15 years. The first 730 days to be served in jail. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

Defendant to receive credit for time in custody from 7/21/22.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. David Clay Entrekin – balance of case is revoked to be served in confinement in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Case expires 6/23/24.

State vs. Gregory Duane Williams – defendant shall be ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served.

Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. The defendant is ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and complete all recommended treatment.

State vs. Christie Lynn Parks – defendant is ordered to serve 365 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.

She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
