State vs. Keedrick De Anthony Malik Washington – 10 years for the offense of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Count to run concurrently with any existing sentences for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Charles Xavier Powell – three years each ct. 1: possession of a schedule I controlled substance and ct. 2: possession of cocaine. Count 2 to run concurrently with count 1 for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Caleb Alexander Griffin – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Treveon M. Myrick – three years for the offense of possession of cocaine.
Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of three years.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Priscilla Ann Hammerschmidt – three years each ct. 1: possession of a schedule II controlled substance and ct. 2: possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
Count 2 to run concurrently with count 1 for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Tarian Deshannon Powell – three years ct. 1: possession of cocaine and 12 months ct. 3: speeding. Count 3 to run concurrently with count 1 for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. James Matthew Osborne – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Randall Thompson – 12 months for the offense of driving while license suspended. Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Kevin James Logue – 12 months for the offense of theft by taking. Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Tonquondrick Tyrell Cannon – 12 months each ct. 1: driving while license suspended and ct. 2: giving false information to a law enforcement officer.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Benjamin David Lowery – 12 months for the offense of reckless conduct. Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jordan Alexander Russo – 12 months each ct. 2: driving while license suspended, ct. 3: reckless driving, and ct. 5: violation of duty upon striking fixed object . Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Mialik Tysheen Rickerson – 12 months for the offense of obstruction of an officer.
Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Joshua Paul Clark – 12 months for the offense of terroristic threats. Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jarad Loren Rawlins – 12 months for the offense of possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION REVOCATION/MODIFICATION
State vs. Robert Weldon Gossett – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Gregory Duane Williams – defendant shall be ordered to enter in and complete a 12-month residential treatment program at the rescue mission. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program as well as complete any aftercare recommended.
He shall return to regular probation supervision. The defendant shall remain in custody until 12/27/2022 in which he will go to the rescue mission.
State vs. Russ Tipton – revoke balance.
State vs. Russ Dwayne Tipton – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in a Probation Detention Center, credit for time served.
Upon competition, the defendant is ordered to return to active probation supervision for the remainder of his supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Timmy Dwayne Kemp Jr. – defendant’s probation is revoked for three years to the state penal system.
State vs. Felicia Mercer – defendant is ordered to time already served in the Jones County jail. She shall be released to return to probation supervision. She shall be ordered as a special condition of probation to enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center Program to include any aftercare required by that program. Upon completition, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Audrey Paige Rowell – defendant shall be revoked 120 days in a probation detention center where she shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility.
She shall receive credit towards her confinement time starting today. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously directed.
State vs. William Clark Tatro – defendant shall be ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Lavern Earnest Hooker – defendant shall be revoked to 150-180 days in a probation detention center where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. He shall receive credit for time served in said PDC from 7/14/22. He shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. Said probationer shall abide by all of the conditions of his probation as described in his original sentence with the exception of condition number one.
