PLEAS
State vs. Dewayne Tavarious Russell – five years ct. 1: carrying weapons within certain school areas, 12 months each ct. 2: possession of handgun by person under the age of 18 years, and ct. 3: possession of marijuana, less than an ounce. Counts 2 and 3 to run concurrently with count 1 for a total of five years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Mohammad Hussan Salah – three years for the lesser included offense of use of a telecommunications device. Suspended upon payment of all fines and fees. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Chaunte Joy Allen Boges – three years for the offense of possession of a schedule I controlled substance. Count to run concurrently to any existing sentences.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Mohamed Lamine Camille-Camara – 12 years for the offense of trafficking in cocaine.
Sentence to be served in confinement. Credit for time served in custody from February 10, 2021.
PROBATION REVOCATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Patricia Marie Ducat – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.
She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. She shall be further ordered to complete a Substance Abuse Evaluation and a Mental Health Evaluation and follow any recommended treatment of those evaluations.
State vs. Keonia Telisa Roberts – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served, release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years. (Two cases, same resolution.)
State vs. Lisa Ann Williams – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served, release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until the termination of her probation.
State vs. Willie Thomas Washington – defendant shall be ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to regular probation supervision.
He shall be further ordered to attend a Mental Health Evaluation and complete any treatment recommended.
State vs. Tyrone Deshawn Jackson – defendant shall be ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. He shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall be further ordered to attend a Mental Health Evaluation and complete any treatment recommended.
State vs. Cierra Paige Hall – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a State Regional Substance Abuse Treatment Program. She shall abide by all rules of the program to include any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
She shall remain on active supervision for the remainder of this probation case. If prior to entry to RSAT, defendant is accepted into drug court in Bibb County or a THOR approved inpatient rehabilitation program, RSAT time shall be suspended.
State vs. Zerick Kenterris Usry – defendant is ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served.
Defendant is to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall complete the Matrix Group and return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Darius Julius Johnson – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served, release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Michael Scott Wright – balance of this case is revoked to be served in the Jones County jail. The defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Case expires 5/1/2023.

He shall receive credit for time served in custody from 1/12/23. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. (Two cases, same resolution.)
State vs. Michael Shawn Crabb – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served. Upon release, the defendant must remain on active probation supervision for two years. All conditions are herein made special.
