PLEAS
State vs. Sean Thomas Stanley – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Richard Harold Varner – two years for the lesser included offense of possession of methamphetamine with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from April 1, 2022.
State vs. Ronnie Lee Roberson – 15 years each cts. 1-3: computer pornography. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 15 years with the first two years served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be serve on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from July 22, 2022.
State vs. Khallid Muhammad – 12 months each cts. 1-3: lesser included offense of reckless conduct. All counts to run consecutively for a total of 36 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Sergio Antonio Mason – 12 months for the offense of affray. Sentence to be served o probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Zaynah Latrelle James – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Upon completion, the defendant is ordered to complete to Matrix group, followed by any recommended treatment.
The defendant shall remain on active supervision for two years upon her release.
Credit for time served.
State vs. Brad Arlie Scarborough – defendant shall be ordered to enter in and complete a 12-month residential treatment program approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program as well as complete any aftercare recommended. He shall return to regular probation supervision.
The defendant shall remain in custody until he is accepted into a program.
State vs. Eric Brandon Greene – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Bonnie Sue Smith – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.
She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
