PLEAS
State vs. Ashley Nicole Woodall – two years for the offense of possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Sentence may be served on probation.
Calvin Nelson Jr. – five years for the offense of burglary in second degree with the first 150 days served in confinement in the Jones County jail. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 12/5/22.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Victor James Hall – defendant shall be ordered to enter and complete a 12 month residential treatment program at the Rescue Mission. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program as well as complete any aftercare recommended. He shall return to regular probation supervision.
The defendant shall remain in custody until he is scheduled to report to the Rescue Mission.
State vs. Tendrill Deangelo Griggs – defendant revoked to 90 days in the Jones County jail.
Credit for time served and release at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Trey Jarvis James Hill – defendant shall be revoked 90 days in the Jones County jail. Released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Probationer shall abide by all conditions of his probation.
State vs. Curtis Lee Mace – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete a 12 month inpatient substance abuse treatment program, where he must remain a minimum of 12 months. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of said program. Upon Completion, the defendant is ordered to return to regular active probation supervision. The defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail, until his entry into said program.
