RECRUITING
The commitment is in for Greyhounds quarterback Judd Anderson, and it has him on the path to South Beach.
Anderson, who had previously received offers from teams such as North Carolina, Georgia Tech, Mississippi, Memphis and Pittsburgh, made his commitment to the Hurricanes official on Twitter Friday night. He is Miami’s second commitment for the class of 2024.
A visit to the Coral Gables campus on Thursday apparently sealed the deal as Anderson, joined by his family on the visit according to 247Sports. com, committed prior to leaving campus.
Anderson is already taking on the role of recruiting others for the ‘Canes, tagging prospective Miami targets to join him at Miami.
While Anderson’s commitment takes one heavy JCHS recruiting target off the board, the speedy Zion Ragins’ recruitment remains open, with his top teams including Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma.
Tennessee, Arizona, Arizona State, Auburn, Cincinnati, Florida, Georgia Tech, Miami, Michigan State and Notre Dame.
