State vs. Littlemark James Hill – two years for the offense of theft by taking with credit for time served from 4/26/22.
State vs. Aubrey Alan Riggins – two years for failure to register as a sex offender with credit for time served from 1/24/22.
State vs. Marlon Jamel Hoskins – 15 years for the offense of burglary in the first degree with credit for time served from 5/5/22.
State vs. Kevin Michael Shealy – three years for the offense of forgery in the third degree.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Michael Allen Cromer – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Danny Eugene Johnson – three years for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Gregory Alan Bryant – 20 years for the offense of computer pornography with the first seven years to served in confinement.
Defendant to receive credit for time served from 10/28/22.
State vs. Shedrick Jermaine King – one year for the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 3/1/21 – 3/1/22.
State vs. Earnest Lee Morgan – 15 years for the offense of aggravated assault with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence may be served on probation.
Defendant to receive credit for time served from 10/26/20 – 2/24/22.
State vs. Brittany Eaves Hartley – 12 months each ct. 1: obstruction of officer, ct. 2: giving false information to a law enforcement officer.
Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Christopher Matau Booker – 20 years for the lesser included offense of aggravated assault with intent to rape. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 2/5/21.
State vs. William Christopher Rider – 120 days for the lesser included offense of possession of drug related objects. Defendant is to receive credit for time served from 1/21/23 – 5/18/23.
State vs. Michael Winston Burney – 12 months each cts. 1-2: lesser included offense of reckless conduct. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Samantha S. Thomas – 15 years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jack Eric Calhoun Jr. – 12 months for the lesser included offense of speeding (69 in a 55). Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION ODIFICATIONS
State vs. Kensley Faith Mander – defendant is ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.
She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Jedarius Tavon Roberson – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. Upon completion, the defendant is ordered to complete a substance abuse assessment and return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Credit for time served (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. Napoleon Lee – defendant’s balance shall be revoked to the Jones County jail.
State vs. Marvin Deangelio Cain – defendant is ordered to serve 180 days in the probation detention center. Upon completion, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Credit for time begins May 18, 2023. The defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Derek Wayne Goad – defendant shall be ordered to enter in and complete a 12-month residential treatment program at the rescue mission. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program as well as complete any aftercare recommended. He shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Kimberly Joyce Tyler – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in the jail. Credit for time served begins 5/18/23. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active probation supervision for two years. All conditions are now special conditions.
