PLEAS
State vs. Kevin Harden – 20 years for the offense of sexual exploitation of children with the first 19 years served in confinement. The remainder to be served on probation.
Defendant is to receive credit for time served.
State vs. Dustin James Parham – five years ct. 1: possession marijuana more than an ounce, three years ct. 2: possession methamphetamine. Counts to run consecutively for a total of eight years.
Defendant is to receive time served in custody from 12/4/2020.
State vs. Dustin James Parham – 30 years for the offense of trafficking methamphetamine or amphetamine. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 12/4/2020.
State vs. Bobby Leon Parrish – 12 months each ct. 1: theft by receiving stolen property, ct.
2: possession of drug related objects, ct. 3; driving while license suspended. Counts 2 & 3 to run consecutively with count 1 for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Bryan Terrell Fluellen – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months each ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce and ct. 3: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Shelby Alina Mays – defendant is ordered to time already served in Jones County jail. She shall be released to return to probation supervision. She is further ordered to enter and complete the Macon Daily Reporting Center to include any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Michael Travis Mize – defendant is ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served. The defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
State vs. Bryan Terrell Fluellen – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions are now special. Two cases, same resolution.
