State vs. Anthony Albert Lattimore – 12 months each ct. 1: simple battery family violence, ct.
2: simple assault fv, ct. 3: reckless conduct, ct.
4: criminal trespass, 10 years ct. 5: possession of firearm by convicted felon. Counts to run concurrently for a total 10 years with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
Defendant to receive credit for time served from 2/24/23.
State vs. Anthony Albert Lattimore – 10 years for the offense of failure to register as a sex offender, with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence may be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 2/24/23. Sentence to run concurrently with any existing sentences.
State vs. Anthony Ray Walker – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of criminal trespass, ct. 2: battery. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Robert Ashley Sconyers – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Timothy Allen Roupe – 20 years each cts. 1-2: lesser included offense of child molestation. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 40 years with the first 20 years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 2/17/23.
State vs. Jeremy Barkley – 10 years each cts. 1-3: aggravated assault, ct. 5: possession firearm by convicted felon. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Stacey Wayne Sanders – two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Zaynah Latrelle James – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete 12-month inpatient program at Angels in Flight. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of said program. Defendant shall remain in Jones County jail until bed space becomes available. Defendant cannot have any passes home for at least three months.
Upon completion of program, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. James Purcell – defendant shall be revoked 120 days in probation detention center where he shall abide by all rules and regulation of the facility. He shall remain in the Jones County jail until bed space is available.
Said probationer shall abide by all conditions of his probation as described in his original sentence with the exception of condition number one. Upon successful completion of the program, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Calvin Marquees Brown – defendant is ordered to credit for time already served in the Jones County jail. Upon release, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. The defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years.
