PLEAS

State vs. George Kittle – 12 months each ct. 1: theft by taking, ct. 2: lesser included offense of theft by taking misdemeanor. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation. State vs. Christopher Anthony Sablan – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of battery, ct. 2: battery. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation. State vs. Robert Christopher Pennamon Jr. – 12 months for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Devin Bryce Newman – three years ct.

1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Roderick Bernard Harris – five years each cts. 1-3: theft by taking. Counts 1 & 2 to run consecutively but concurrently with count 3 for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation and credit for time served from June 30.

State vs. Gary Robert Howard – five years each ct. 1: entering automobile, ct. 2: theft by taking. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Cleveland Nathaniel Hipps – three years ct. 1: possession methamphetamine and 12 months ct. 3: DUI less safe alcohol.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Clyde Dupree – defendant is ordered to enter and complete 12 months inpatient program at Next Step Recovery Ministries.

He is not to be released from Jones County jail until 7 a.m. Aug. 14. Upon release, he shall be placed on active probation supervision.

State vs. Chandris Harris – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. The defendant shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. The defendant is further ordered to complete his substance abuse evaluation within 30 days of release. Additionally, the defendant shall be ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $69.03.

State vs. Christian Jordan Clayboss – defendant shall be given credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant also ordered to enter into sex offender treatment within 30 days of release.

State vs. Monica Jewell Collins – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Kensley Mander – defendant is revoked 90 days in jail, credit for time served and release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall enroll in and successfully complete Matrix Group. She shall be placed back on active probation supervision.

State vs. Samuel Ira Ford – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Elliot Dion Harris – defendant is ordered to enter and successfully complete the Bibb County ATCC program. Defendant shall abide by all rules and conditions of the program. Defendant is and remains under probation supervision as previously ordered until further order of this court. All conditions now special.

State vs. Walker Pink Kitchens – defendant ordered to enroll into the Matrix Group and follow all rules and regulations from group, followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall complete a mental health evaluation at River’s Edge and comply with any recommended treatment from that evaluation.

Defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.
