State vs. Adrian Vongaries Jones – 90 days each ct. 1: simple battery family violence, ct. 2: hindering emergency telephone call. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 90 days.
Defendant to receive time for credit served from 8/3/23
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Rodney Alan Sanders – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete the Palm House inpatient treatment program. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until his entry into program. Defendant shall be transported by the Jones County Sheriff’s Office to the Palm House and shall remain in program until completion or until his probation ends.
State vs. Christine Nichole Hester – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete 12-month substance abuse treatment program approved by the Department of Community Supervision. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulation of program, followed by any recommended treatment. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. End date 4/18/23.
State vs. Anitra Nicole Miller – defendant ordered to serve 90 days at the probation detention center. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Credit for time served begins 8/31/23.
State vs. Brianna Elizabeth Carter – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Kelli Leigh Jackson – defendants probation shall be revoked for 120 days to the Jones County jail. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision. Credit for time starts 8/31/23. Sentence end date 8/11/2035.
State vs. Joshua Lynn Herring – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served from 8/16/23.
Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision for one year.
State vs. Neila Danielle Lavendar – defendant ordered to served 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Defendant is further ordered to complete a mental health evaluation within 30 days of release and comply with recommended treatment.
State vs. Kelly Elaine Carter – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit ATCC Program.
Defendant shall abide by all rules and conditions of program. Defendant is and remains under probation supervision as previously ordered until further order of the court. All conditions are now special (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. Adrian Vongaries Jones – revoke 90 days to the Jones County jail. Credit or time served.
Upon release, defendant to return to active probation supervision as previously ordered.
