PLEAS

State vs. Lucas Jeffrey Kirkpatrick – three years for the offense of possession schedule I controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Jennifer Lynn Waller – three years for the offense of VGCSA possession schedule II non-narcotic drug. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Jennifer Lynn Waller – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.

Sentence to be served on probation and to run concurrently with existing sentences.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Trina Laschell Bliss – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation as previously ordered. Within 30 days of her release for jail, defendant shall pay off her restitution and make at least one payment toward her fines and fees.

State vs. Cole Wayne Harper – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail, release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion, the defendant shall complete the Matrix and MRT Group, followed by any recommended treatment. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Credit for time served.

State vs. Trenton Clay Purvis – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail.

Defendant shall get credit for time served and shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision.

State vs. Tonya Sherrie Williams – defendant is ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail starting Sept. 5. Upon release, defendant shall enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center.

Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the program followed by any recommended treatment.

State vs. Dwayne Anderson – defendant ordered to serve 12 months in the Jones County jail release at the discretion of the sheriff.

Defendant given credit for time served from Feb. 10. Upon release, defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years.

State vs. Amy Churchwell – defendant sentence to credit for time served. She shall enroll in the Riveredge outpatient substance abuse program. She shall comply with all terms and regulations of the program. Defendant shall sign a release of information form. Defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered. Defendant shall contact Riveredge within 48 hours of release from Jones County jail.
