PLEAS

State vs. Cierra Paige Hall – three years each cts.

1-3: lesser-included offense of the use of a communication facility in committing felony.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years to be served on probation.

State vs. Antwoine Dewayne Josey – five years ct. 1: terroristic threats, 12 months ct. 2: disorderly conduct. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Cierra Paige Hall – defendant is adjudicated guilty. She is further ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry in a state probation detention center where she shall serve 180 days. She shall be given credit toward detention center time from 10/5/23.

Upon release from custody, the balance of this probation case shall be terminated.

State vs. Eric Renard Greene – defendant is ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into state probation detention center where he will serve 120 days. He shall receive credit toward detention center time from 10/5/23. Upon completion, he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered and remain on active supervision for the remainder of this case.

State vs. Derek Wayne Goad – defendant shall enter and complete inpatient substance abuse treatment at the Palm House. He shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program, including any recommended aftercare. Upon successful completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. The defendant shall remain in custody until bed space is available.

State vs. Antwoine Dewayne Josey – defendant is adjudicated guilty and the balance of his probation sentence revoked to the department of corrections.

State vs. Edward Brown – defendant shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. Defendant is further ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device installed by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision for 90 days. Defendant shall be responsible for the monthly fee associated with the electronic monitoring for 90 days.
