PLEAS

State vs. Gregory Duane Williams – three years for the offense of theft by taking. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 3/3/22.

State vs. Russell Vann Collins – 60 days in the Jones County jail for the offense of reckless conduct. Defendant to receive credit for time in custody from 9/24/23.

State vs. April Hill – 60 days for the offense of battery family violence.

State vs. April Alyse Hill – 60 days to serve in the Jones County jail for the offense of simple battery. Sentence to run concurrently with all other sentences.

State vs. Jonathon Lee Runyon – 12 months for the lesser included offense of possession of drug related object misdemeanor. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Robert Owen Nicholson – two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Johnny Craig Patton – eight years for the lesser included offense of VGCSA possession methamphetamine more than one gram but less than four grams.

Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody from 2/4/16.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Christina Leigh Smith – defendant is ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail from 10/23/23. Upon release the defendant is ordered to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions special.

State vs. Bruce Dwayne Cole – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the probation detention center. Credit for time begins 11/2/23. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until his entry into the program. Upon release defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years. All conditions special.

State vs. Johnny Craig Patton – defendant is adjudicated guilty and ordered to time already served in Jones County jail. Upon release he shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions special.

State vs. Eugene Huff – defendant ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he will serve 90 days. Upon completion he shall return to probation supervision and remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of this probation case. All conditions special.

State vs. Kenneth William Liles – defendant ordered to serve 100 days in the probation detention center, time beginning 11/2/23.

Defendant shall remain in Jones County jail until entry into program. Upon release, defendant shall complete the Matrix group and remain on active probation supervision for two years. All conditions special.

State vs. Michael Cole Hancock – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion he shall return to probation supervision as previously ordered.

State vs. Brandy Nicole Plummer – defendant ordered to serve six months in Jones County jail, credit for time served since 10/13/23. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release the defendant shall return to active probation supervision for two years. All conditions special.

State vs. Jerry Samuel Cumbess – defendant shall be revoked for two years to the Jones County jail, credit for time served. Upon release defendant is ordered to return to active probation supervision for two years.

State vs. Don J. Robinette – defendant’s probation shall be revoked to the Jones County jail for one year. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.

Upon release the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions special.

State vs. Tommy Merlin Ledford – defendant enter and complete the Nest Step 12-month residential substance abuse treatment program. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. Defendant shall remain in custody until bedspace is available. All conditions special.

State vs. Caleb Alexander Griffin – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 9/27/23. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release the defendant shall return to active probation supervision. All conditions special.

State vs. Gregory Duane Williams – defendant ordered to be adjudicated guilty and re-sentenced to three years to be served on probation. Defendant shall receive credit for time served since original date of his probation 3/3/22. Upon release defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until end of his probation supervision. End date 1/19/25. All conditions special.

State vs. Samantha S. Thomas – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in Jones County jail. Credit for time served since 10/18/23.

Release at the discretion of the sheriff.

Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for two years.

State vs. Latisha Renee Johnson – defendant shall enter and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center program. She shall comply with all rules and regulations of the Macon Day Reporting Center program, including any aftercare. Upon completion she shall return to regular probation as previously ordered. All conditions special.

State vs. Felicia Ann Mercer – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete an inpatient substance abuse treatment facility approved by the Department of Community Supervision.

Defendant shall remain in custody until entry into program. Defendant shall successfully complete no less than six months inpatient treatment at facility and any and all aftercare required. All conditions special. Two cases, same resolution.

State vs. Eric Brandon Greene – defendant ordered to enter into and successfully complete a 12-month inpatient THOR approved substance abuse treatment facility. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulation of program followed by any recommended treatment. Upon completion defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until acceptance into the program and bed space is available. All conditions special.

State vs. Kelly Denise Maxwell – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served from 7/26/23 and release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release the remainder of the defendant’s probation shall terminate.

State vs. Bryanna Michelle Best – defendant ordered to credit for time served in Jones County jail. Upon release defendant shall enroll into an outpatient substance abuse treatment facility before 12/1/23 approved by the Department of Supervision.

Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of facility, followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision for the remainder of her probation supervision. End date 8/13/25.

State vs. Brooke Kirstie Montford – defendant revoked to two years to the state penal system. Upon release defendant’s balance of probation shall terminate.

State vs. Adam Blair Carrick – defendant shall serve 180 days in a probation detention center. He shall abide by all rules and regulations on the program. Upon release he shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions special.
