State vs. Nicole Marie Tidwell – 12 months each ct. 2: battery family violence, ct. 3: lesser included offense of terroristic threats misdemeanor. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. John Andrew Minshew – 60 days for the offense of theft by taking. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 12/15/23. State vs. Timothy Wormuth – 60 days for the offense of simple battery. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 12/23/23. State vs. Jamie Carlos Thomas II – 10 years for the lesser included offense of felony possession of marijuana. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Wesley Dean Davis – 10 years for the offense of aggravated assault. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Wesley Dean Davis – 5 years for the offense of burglary in first degree with the first 250 days served in confinement suspended upon entry into a probation detention center for 150 days. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Terrence Terrell Middlebrooks Sr. – 15 years ct. 1: possession cocaine with intent to distribute, 10 years ct. 2: possession marijuana with intent to distribute. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 15 years to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Zachery Todd Knight – defendant is ordered to serve one year in the Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision and not be eligible for unsupervised supervision for two years. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in Jones County jail from 10/6/23. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. All conditions now special.

State vs. Clifford Wilson Skidmore – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in the probation detention center and shall follow all rules and regulations. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into the detention center and shall receive credit toward detention time from 1/25/24. It is further ordered the defendant be banished from the State of Georgia with the exception of the Southern Circuit until this case expires 12/5/30. All conditions now special.
State vs. George Dennis Duarte III – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, credit or time served from 1/4/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered. All conditions now special.

State vs. Albert Reginald Askew – defendant shall be revoked for three years to the state penal system. Upon release, balance on probation shall be terminated. Defendant shall receive credit for time served from 2/1/23.

The defendant shall be given credit for time already served on probation beginning 3/10/21. State vs. Wesley Dean Davis – defendant shall be adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve five years on probation with the first 150 days to be served in the probation detention center. Upon release defendant shall not be eligible for unsupervised supervision for two years.

State vs. Eric Joseph Batchelor – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall be given credit for time already served since 1/5/24. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release defendant shall complete the Matrix Group and follow all rules and regulation of group. Defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years. All conditions now special.
