PLEAS
State vs. Robert Owen Nicholson – two years for the offense of possession methamphetamine with the first 90 days served in jail suspended upon entry into a state probation detention center for 120 days. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served and monies paid previously on this sentence since 11/2/23.
State vs. Reginald Bernard Jackson Jr. – 60 days for the offense of theft by shoplifting (misd.). Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody 9/22/23 – 10/5/23 and 4/12/24 to present.
State vs. Mario Dequan Pitts – 60 days for the offense of criminal trespass. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 5/1/24.
State vs. Haley Shurley – 180 days for the lesser included offense of criminal trespass. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 5/4/24.
State vs. Keon Michael Williams – 12 months each ct. 1: possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 2: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Timothy Wayne Guy – 12 months for the offense of theft by conversion (misd.).
Sentence to be served on probation.
Defendant to receive credit for time served from 12/24/2020 – 12/25/20 and 4/22/24 to 5/9/24. Restitution ordered in the amount of $1,177.13.
State vs. Spencer Guin Tarver – three years each ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, ct. 2: possession of schedule II controlled substance. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 4/23/24 to 5/9/24.
State vs. Gregory Dwayne Smith – five years for the offense of forgery in third degree.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Corey Tremaine Wallace – 20 years each cts. 15 - 18: aggravated assault and 10 years ct. 19: aggravated assault. Counts 16 and 17 to run concurrently, counts 15, 18 and 19 to run consecutively for a total of 50 years with the first 30 years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Kellee-Marie Fountain Douglas – one month for the offense of simple battery.
Sentence to be served on probation.
Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 2/2/24 – 2/2/24.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Michelle Leigh Fussell – defendant’s balance on probation revoked to the Jones County jail receiving credit for time served since 5/3/24. She shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Sentence end date 8/22/24.
State vs. Gregory Palm – defendant to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served since 3/19/24. He shall be released at the sheriff’s discretion. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Brinton Lashawn Mims – defendant to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served since 2/14/24. Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision the remainder of his probation supervision. End date 12/15/24. This order supersedes order signed 3/14/24. All conditions now special.
State vs. Robert Owen Nicholson – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to two years probation with credit for time already served on probation on the conditional discharge sentence. The defendant of ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail suspended upon entry into the PDC. Defendant is further ordered to serve 120 days in a probation detention center with time starting 5/9/24. The remaining balance shall terminate upon completion of PDC.
State vs. Kirsten Alexis McMillian – defendant to serve 140 days in the probation detention center. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program.
Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. Defendant’s PDC time shall begin 5/9/24. Upon release, defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision the remainder of her probation supervision. End date 3/1/26. All conditions now special.
State vs. Leesa Elaine Collier – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall be given credit for time served since 4/29/24. Upon release, the remainder of defendant’s probation balance shall terminate.
