State vs. Fernanda Elizabeth Vasquesz – 15 years for the offense of the lesser included offense of simple possession of controlled substance more than four grams but less than 28 grams. Defendant to receive time in custody from 2/13/2019.

State vs. Joseph Leon Dixon – 10 years for the offense of aggravated assault. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Briceton Keon Outlaw – 12 months each ct. 1: lesser included offense of simple battery family violence, ct. 2: cruelty to children in third degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months.

Counts 1-4 to run consecutively and remainder concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first year to serve. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. The defendant will receive credit for time served from 8/9/23.

State vs. Carlton Derris Johnson – 20 years each, ct. 1: possession methamphetamine with intent to distribute, ct. 2-3: possession controlled substance with intent to distribute, 10 years each ct. 4: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, ct. 5: possession firearm by convicted felon.
