PLEAS

State vs. William Michael Jarmusik – seven years for the offense of burglary in the first degree. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Taeneshia Kwamease Rouse – 10 days for the offense of theft by shoplifting. Credit for time served from 6/11/24.

State vs. Johnny Frank Larson – 15 days for the offense of obstruction of officer. Credit for time served from 6/5/24.

State vs. Damyjia Zamoria Neeley – 14 days for the offense of disorderly conduct. Credit for time served from 6/7/24.

State vs. Crystal Melissa Wimberly – 12 months for the offense of battery. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Michael Scott Wright – six months for the offense of battery. Credit for time served from 8/20/23.

State vs. Jerry Ricks – 90 days for the offense of criminal trespass family violence. Credit for time served from 4/8/24.

State vs. Wilbur Franklin Walton Jr. – five years for the offense of theft by receiving stolen property with the first 12 months served in confinement at the Jones County jail.

The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 1/31/24.

State vs. David Allen Dillard – 20 years each cts. 1-16: sexual exploitation of children, five years ct. 17: possession of firearm by convicted felony, 10 years each cts. 18 – 19: possession of firearm by convicted felon.

Counts 1-16 & 18 – 19 to run concurrently but consecutively to count 17 for a total of 25 years with the first 10 years served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served in custody from 5/17/22 – 10/4/22 and 5/6/24 – 5/6/24.

State vs. Trinity Kilgore – 12 months for the lesser included offense of misdemeanor terroristic threats. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Dalton Dwayne Short – three years each cts. 1-2: financial transaction card fraud, ct. 3: theft by receiving stolen property, 10 years ct. 4: possession of firearm by convicted felon. Counts 1-3 to run concurrently and count 4 consecutively for a total of 13 years. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 4/1/24.

State vs. Gabriell Walker – 12 months for the lesser included offense of simple battery family violence. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Joseph Ashley Finney Jr. – five years for the offense of habitual violator.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Tyree Gentry Appleberry – 10 months for the offense of driving while license suspended. Credit for time served from 8/31/23.

State vs. David Brad Land – 12 months each ct. 2: possession of drug related objects, ct. 3: driving while license suspended, ct.

4: operating a vehicle without insurance.

Counts to run consecutively for a total of 36 months. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Joshua M Dukes – two years each ct. 1: possession of methamphetamine, ct. 2: possession of schedule I controlled substance. Counts to run concurrently for a total of two years. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Casey N. Joiner – six months for the offense of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

State vs. Tonya Denise Chambliss - six months for the offense of furnishing alcohol to a minor. Sentence to be served on probation. State vs. Makayla Riezinger - six months for the offense of furnishing alcohol to a minor. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. William Jay Drye – 12 months for the offense of keeping a disorderly house.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Shirley Nicole Lavender – 12 months for the offense of simple battery family violence. Sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Robert Corey Tanner – defendant shall serve 227 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant shall return to active probation supervision. All conditions now special.

State vs. Larry Donnell Pitts – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in a probation detention center. Credit for time served starts 6/24/24. He shall follow all rules and regulations at the facility. Upon release, the balance of his probation shall terminate.

State vs. Tonya Elise Fountain – defendant ordered to enter and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, abiding by all rules and regulations of the program, followed by aftercare. Defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until her case expires. End date 3/24/26. All conditions now special.

State vs. John Wesley Arnold – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 3/4/24. Upon release, defendant given 30 days to enter into an inpatient drug abuse treatment facility. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of facility, followed by any recommended treatment. End date 1/3/34.

All conditions now special.

State vs. Rishard Marquez Brown – defendant is sentenced to credit for time already served in the Jones Count jail. He shall return to active probation supervision upon release.
