PLEAS

State vs. Franklin Everhardt Bates – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 6/17/24.

State vs. Jonathan Michael Jones – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 6/4/24 State vs. Johnny Clements – seven years for the offense of failure to register as a sex offender with the first 180 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 4/15/24.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Napoleon Brown – defendant shall serve one year in the state penal system, suspended upon successful completion of an inpatient program for at least 12 months and full compliance with any instructions or treatment as recommended by the Dublin VA. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended aftercare. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision and shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision. All conditions now special.

State vs. Tracy Lee McMurray – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in a probation detention center. Credit for time served starts 6/27/24. He shall follow all rules and regulations of the facility. Upon release, the balance of his probation shall be terminated.

State vs. Justin William Wiggins – defendant shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail.

Credit for time served and release at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to active probation supervision (three cases, same resolution).

State vs. Steven Christopher Hill – defendant ordered to enter and complete RSAT program. He shall follow all rules and regulations at the facility. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall remain on active supervision for two years.

State vs. Tonya Sherrie Williams – defendant is ordered to time served in the Jones County jail. Upon release, she shall continue in her outpatient program at River’s Edge and she shall successfully complete program.

She shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.

State vs. Rebecca Pressley – defendant’s probation balance revoked to the Jones County jail. End date 7/13/24. Release at the discretion of the sheriff.

State vs. Priscilla Ann Hammerschmidt – defendant ordered to serve 30 days at the Jones County jail. Credit for time served.

Release at the discretion of the sheriff.

State vs. Gary Van Yaughn – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail. Defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 4/26/24. The defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision. End date 2/18/26. All conditions special.
