PLEAS
State vs. Idia Ugenia Dees – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Calvin Haynes Jr. – three years for the offense of forgery in third degree. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 6/17/24.
State vs. Gabriel Rusty Allen Barfield – six months for the offense of disorderly conduct. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Kelli Leigh Jackson – defendant ordered to enter and complete 12-month residential treatment program at the Rescue Mission. She shall abide by all rules and regulations of program. She shall remain in custody until bed space is available. She shall return to regular probation supervision. She shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years.
State vs. Bradley Arthur Ard – defendant required to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail.
State vs. Neila Danielle Lavender – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve three years probation with credit for time served and monies paid from 2/16/23. Defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the probation detention center and shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program. PDC time begins 7/3/24. Upon completion of the program, defendant shall complete a mental health evaluation and comply with any recommendation from evaluation. All conditions now special.
State vs. Amanda Leigh Hubby – defendant ordered to serve 120 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from 6/4/24. She shall be released 10/2/24. All conditions now special.
State vs. Bryanna Michelle Best – defendant ordered to enter a 12-month inpatient substance abuse treatment program at Recovery Foundations. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of program followed by any recommended treatment. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program.
Upon completion the defendant shall remain on supervised supervision. End date 8/13/25. All conditions now special.
State vs. Latisha Renee Johnson – defendant ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where she will serve 120 days.
She shall receive credit toward detention center time from 7/3/24. Upon completion, defendant’s case shall terminate.
